Robert Kessock

Robert Michael Kessock, 57, passed away March 27, 2017 suddenly from a heart attack.  He was born March 26, 1960 in Berlin, Germany to Ronald Kessock and Helga Ruber Kessock.

Bob was in the Army Reserves for a short while.

Bob loved to ski, bow hunt, cruise, travel, drive his car to fast, (known for wrecking all of his vehicles at least once!) Bob was a Master Scuba Diver, he loved the ocean and loved to share his love with family and friends.  Bob also was an avid fan of the San Diego Chargers and the Utah Jazz.  He loved to bet with his friends that his team was the best!

Bob worked for Futura Industries for 26 years as a top salesman which he was very proud of until a severe head injury in 2003.  Bob would brag about his territory that he had several states and Canada, in which he sold aluminum extrusions to.  He loved that job and the people he worked with.  He also would help his friend Bruce at Tip’s RV where he would come and sell RV’s at the show to help out.  He loved to sell!  If you were Bob’s friend you were his friend for life and he would try to make sure you knew that.

Bob had a love and patience for small children, he would be and do silly things just to get a smile or laugh out of them.

Bob was married twice and later divorced.  He has no children.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his God son Tyler Blake Johnson whom he dearly loved.

Survivors are brother, John Kessock, many friends and family.

Special thanks to all who helped take care of Bob over the years.

He was loved and he will be truly missed.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
